Choose the course and university

For applying at an Australian University, there are 2 ways;
Applying directly in Australian university website – Most universities either have a webform where you can complete the application. Otherwise, an application form will be provided, which can be downloaded. You would need to fill it up and send by post to the given university address.

When to apply for Australian Universities?
There are generally two admission intakes in Australia;
July intake in Australian University
February intake in Australian University
It’s totally up to the students to choose the intake period.
To choose an intake in Australian University, keep in mind few points like whether the preferred course is available during the intake you wish to join, availability of part-time jobs, course fees, availability of the certificates and documents that are required for the Australian University admission etc.
Always remember that the ‘complete application process’ along with appearing for interviews and Australian student visa application procedure should be completed well before intakes. Ideally, you should start your admission process 6 months before the Australian University application deadline.
There will be three deadlines for one intake for most of the universities in Australia. Receiving the offer letter from Australian University
Once you have successfully applied your application to Australian universities where you intend to do your course, you will receive a conditional or unconditional offer letter.
An unconditional offer letter is given to a student when the student has met all the requirements of the Australian University.
On the contrary, a conditional offer letter is given to a student when he/she is yet to complete the formalities of the Australian university. This letter is given basically with conditions like to complete all the document submission or formalities within a given time frame.
Once the offer letter is provided to the student, the student has to accept the offer with all the conditions mentioned in the offer. This offer letter is an agreement between the student and the Australian University. Paying Australian University Fee
The next stage is paying your first-semester tuition fees. To do the payment, you can either approach your bank or any RBI licenced money changer.

Confirmation of Enrolment
Upon accepting the offer letter by Australian University you will receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrollment (COE) by email. COE makes you eligible to come to Australia for pursuing the course you have opted for.
It will be in the form of an online code, which will come into use when applying for the visa. You need to insert this in the appropriate space provided in the online application form.
